[AMBER] minimum distance between two sets of atoms

Hello Amber users,


I would like to calculate the minimum distance between two sets of atoms,
along the simulation trajectories. I wonder whether CPPTRAJ have a way to
do such a calculation of capturing minimum distance between two sets of
atoms?


Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.
