You can't do this in any direct way: AmberTools16 should be extracted into a
directory tree headed by "amber16"; Amber14 needs to be in a directory tree
headed by "amber14".
If you are unable to upgrade to Amber16, use AmberTools16 for everything
except pmemd, and use Amber14 for pmemd. I don't think there should be any
problems with that combination.
