Hi everybody,

I get this error running mdout_analyzer.py in Amber16.

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/home/elisa/amber16/bin/mdout_analyzer.py", line 48, in <module>
    root = Tk()
  File "/home/elisa/amber16/miniconda/lib/python2.7/lib-tk/Tkinter.py",
line 1815, in __init__
    self.tk = _tkinter.create(screenName, baseName, className, interactive,
wantobjects, useTk, sync, use)
_tkinter.TclError: Can't find a usable init.tcl in the following
directories:
    /opt/anaconda1anaconda2anaconda3/lib/tcl8.5
/home/elisa/amber16/lib/tcl8.5 /home/elisa/lib/tcl8.5
/home/elisa/amber16/library /home/elisa/library
/home/elisa/tcl8.5.18/library /home/tcl8.5.18/library

This probably means that Tcl wasn't installed properly.

I compiled and installed Amber16 using Miniconda, so I have the files in
these directories:

/home/elisa/amber16/miniconda/lib/tcl8.5/init.tcl
/home/elisa/amber16/miniconda/pkgs/tk-8.5.18-0/lib/tcl8.5/init.tcl

What should I do?

Elisa
