Hello,
I would like to built a lipid bilayer including PAPC but this lipid is not
in the list of charm-gnu. Lipid14 supports it, right?.
1. Could you please tell me if there is any other lipid builder for PAPC?
2. I have added arachidonic acid (20:4 n-6) negatively charged to a lipid
bilayer I am to simulate. Will Lipid14 support the negative charge or
should I use ante-chamber to generate its parameters files?
