Dear all,
I have plotted rdf first time using cpptraj following command;RDF Input==========parm itk-ref.prmtoptrajin ref_combine.ncradial 13LO38-rdf-test.agr 0.1 15.0 :WAT.O :13L.O38 noimage 0.33456 nointramol intrdf 13LO38-rdf-test.agr
When I visualized output in xmgrace, both y axis values merged with each other. Kindly guide me how to set y axis values of my output file. My file is attached here with sample image of my desired rdf plot.
