Respected sir,
I have successfully generate the lig.mol2 and
lig.prepin file by following the tutorial (
http://ambermd.org/tutorials/basic/tutorial4b/). But in the lig.frcmod file
there is no any data saved and the file is blank when i used the command,
which is mentioned in the tutorial. I m anable to find out the perticular
reason behind it. please suggest me how to resolve this problem.
The files, which i used for the same is attached herewith, please have a
look and suggest me how can we resolve this problem.
