Hi List members,
I have prepared a system with HAP surface and a protein placed in an
hexagonal box. The protein is 10 A away from the HAP surface. I want to add
TIP3P solvent molecules in the empty space in the hexagonal box. I would
appreciate any guidance in relation to this.
