Hi Nikolay,

Is your environmental variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH set to search in
libcurand.so.7.0 directory?
For example, in my case, for cuda-7.5, the lib directory
is /usr/local/cuda-7.5/lib64

I am not sure, but maybe you need to use, at least, cuda 7.5.
