I'm pretty sure I don't understand the question. The "hydro" in hydrophilic
means water, and simulating a peptide in a hydrophilic solvent would mostly
likely mean water. But you have to define for yourself the meaning of
"suitable": this is not something that people on the mailing can answer for
you.
