Hi,
I am trying to configure Amber with ./configure gnu and I run into the
following error:
Checking NetCDF...
Using bundled NetCDF library.
Starting NetCDF build.
Configuring NetCDF C interface (may be time-consuming)...
Compiling the NetCDF C interface (may be time-consuming)...
Error: NetCDF C compile failed.
It says to check the netcdf.c.compile.log and the bottom of the file shows
the following:
ncgentab.o: In function `ignore':
ncgentab.c:(.text+0x3ff6): undefined reference to `yyunput'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[1]: *** [ncgen3] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory
`/home.dft/jwu/amber14/AmberTools/src/netcdf-4.3.0/ncgen3'
make: *** [install-recursive] Error 1
I am not sure what is going on and I have no ideas on how to fix this. Can
someone help me address this issue?
