Dear Amber users,
I had a problem during the upgrade of ambertools14 to ambertools15
because of proxy configuration
the error message is:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
$ ./update_amber --upgrade
NoInternetAccess: Cannot connect to http://ambermd.org
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
The proxy (non authenticated) was be configured:
-------------------------------------------------------
$ echo $http_proxy
http://cachenonauth.univ-orleans.fr:3128
-------------------------------------------------------
and wget works well.
I have the same problem when i configure update_amber with:
$AMBERHOME/update_amber --proxy=$http_proxy
have you ever encountered this problem before
