Did you check netcdf_config.log inside $AMBERHOME/AmberTools/src? What
error does it have there?

Also, it says you are using a 32-bit operating system. Most modern
processors ship with a 64-bit CPU. Is that not the case for your laptop?
Is there a particular reason you chose a 32-bit operating system?

Finally, what OS *are* you using? Linux? Windows/Cygwin? Which Linux
distro?

Jason
