Hi, Jason and Fernando,
Just let you know that I don't think you need to modify the config.h.
I had the same error as you when I tried to upgrade then recompile.
Then I just untarred the original Amber14 and AmberTool14 into an new dir.
Then do the update_amber, then reconfigured and recompiled just fine
without any modification.
