Dear Amber
I would like to restrain the sugar puckering and I need to restrain the
torsion angle
to maintain the same puckering.
I have gone through the earlier discussions .
The suggestions are like using the NMR restrain
I would like to understand with some more details , as I saw that one need
to
create the Disang file can any one say about it that will improve my
understanding
are is there any other tutorial is there so that I can have it as a
reference
