   Hi All,

   Using the commands below:

   reference flp.inpcrd

   trajin flp.netcdf 1 1000000000 1

   rms reference :1&!.H= out flp.agr mass

   matrix correl :1&!.H= name correl out Correla-flp.dat

   analyze matrix correl out Correla-analyzed.dat vecs 1

   I have obtained a Correla-analyzed.dat with the following data:

   Am not quite sure what to do next. I'd appreciate your help.

   I've tried to do: analyze modes and projection commands but i have not had
   any success in generating any histograms.
