[AMBER] Memory keyword for QM/MM using ORCA

Dear Users,

      I will be thankful if someone helps me to use memory keyword in QM/MM
name list using Orca as external interface. I used mem = 'X GB' keyword
which suits fine for Gaussian but it does not work for orca.
