[AMBER] MM-PBSA ALA scanning module

I am running MM-PBSA ALA scanning module. Final output contains this
following error.

WARNING: INCONSISTENCIES EXIST WITHIN INTERNAL POTENTIAL
TERMS. THE VALIDITY OF THESE RESULTS ARE HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE
Complex:

When i look in to the energy before and after mutation, it seems like
wild-type protein complex has low negative total energy than to the mutated
complex. Please let me know
