Hello Everyone,
I recently purchased a GTX 780 for one of our newer workstations and am concerned that there may be something wrong with the card.
After running the test_amber_cuda.sh script 89 file comparisons passed while 8 file comparisons failed (diff file located here: https://gist.github.com/anonymous/fc3df9cd7a006556ace5).
Has anyone experienced this before? Additionally do these differences mean that I will be unable to reliably use this card for simulation work?
