This has been discussed recently on the list (from you?) I have never seen
this sort of error: looks like a compiler or OS security problem to me.

If you want to track this down, just Google on "cannot restore segment prot
after reloc". Situation seems to depend on your version of Linux, and
may be related to seLinux settings. There are lots of reports of "solutions"
there, and this seems to nothing to do with Amber.

Note that you have *very* old versions of both AmberTools and the Intel
compiler suite. I'd recommend installing the current version of AmberTools,
and using the gnu compilers.
