There was a very cool program called NAMOT (Nucleic Acid Modeling Tool)
that could create any type of DNA you want ..
Unfortunately, it is not developed further... which is a big pity I
believe ...

This version still runs on my openSUSE 12.3 machine
You can do almost anything you wish to with nucleic acids ...
