Dear users,

I am trying to visualize water distribution around an RNA structure using
cpptraj v13.1 grid command.

Total number of frames for which this calculation is been done is 1,60,000
with grid spacing of 0.5 Ang. According to one of the answers posted, the
bulk water density is ~4.18 for 1000 frames..

http://archive.ambermd.org/200611/0120.html

Is this relationship linear?? i.e. for 160000 frames bulk density would be
simply ~668.29 or something (keeping same grid spacing of 0.5)..

or is there any other roundabout method to calculate bulk number density of
waters?

Thank you

Asmita
