[AMBER] Building CUDA-enabled Amber11 (pmemd.cuda) * (Amber 11 only)

Dear all,

I fail to install pmemd.cuda on a thinkpad-x230 + ubuntu12.10 system. Is
the possible reason be the graphics model? I guess my graphics is Intel HD,
not Nvidia. Can anyone try on thinkpad computer?
