Hello:
I found that in Unbuntu OS, even I specify the following in my shell:
export LD_LIBRARAY_PATH=/home/albert/install/mpich2/lib
export MPI_HOME=/home/albert/install/mpich2
alias mpirun=/home/albert/install/mpich2/bin/mpirun
the stupid unbuntu still use system mpi:
> which mpirun
/usr/bin/mpirun
I am just wondering, how can we prevent such issue? can we specify it in
./configure command line?
