Sorry to for the delay in replying. You can make planarity constraints as
torsions angle restraints, in the same way that other torsion angle restraints
are applied, as in Advanced Tutorial 4. The "set of scripts for RNA
refinement" given there has examples of base planarity restraints.
However, my experience is that it's not clear that these are really needed.
Are you getting bad results without such restraints?
