Hello,
I am trying to study the space-time correlation function with dipole moment
of water molecules in a solution system.
But, I cannot find any information for that in user guides(AMBER11 &
AMBERTOOLS) or in AMBER mailing list.
Is there anyone who knows about space-time correlation in AMBER or who can
tell me the way to make out script for the space-time correlation function.
And I will gladly take your paper recommendation about space-time
correlation and AMBER.
