I am confusedŠ My understanding was that Amber 9 didn't have any bugs. ;-)
Seriously though I don't think AMBER 9's leap was ever 64 bit clean. You
should start with a clear tree and try AMBERTools 12 - Please let us know
the exact sequence of commands you use to compile the code and then run
the tests.
