[AMBER] myristoyl lipid11/12 (DMPC)

Dear AMBER Developers,

When myristoyl (DMPC) is expected to be released with lipid11 or lipid12
and may be also as a part of charmmlipid2amber.x?
or I have missed something if it is already available with lipid11.

They are available though in GLYCAM_06_lipids.prep. So for lipid11/12 will
it be more or less same as in GLYCAM?
