Re: [AMBER] stripping number of residues (>20K) problem

Hi,

Although there is no limit on input line length in cpptraj, there is
currently a limit on the size of input masks since AT12 cpptraj still
uses the ptraj mask parser. The mask parser has been rewritten for the
next release of cpptraj and does not have this limitation. I will try
to work on a fix for the AT12 version in the meantime. Thanks for the
report!

So, I think, cpptraj has some limit also?, but unlike ptraj, in cpptraj strip command at least can read all residues once but in ACTIONS it mess up with the residue numbers (as seen in attached out file)
