Dear all
I want to install Amber 12 using cygwin on windows 7 64 bit. I got
following errors. Please help me regarding to this.
$ ./configure gnu
Checking for updates...
/usr/bin/env: python: No such file or dir
dirname: extra operand `J'

Your AMBERHOME environment variable is se
not appear to be a directory. It should b
cause errors when you compile
