Just reporting that I had the same error in compiling pmemd.cuda that was
reported by Dmitry Mukha back on Aug. 23, 2011. In his case it was for
amber 11 on fedora core 14. In my case it is amber 12 and fedora core 15.
The patch to the config.h file provided by Dmitry solved the problem and
the compilation completed successfully.
