Re: [AMBER] sander error in the decomposed MMGBSA using Ambertools12 and Amber11

Hi Bill,

I think "dec_verbose" works in Amber11 as well. Amber11/AT1.5 works fine
with the following input file:
&general
startframe=1, endframe=1, interval=1, verbose=2, entropy=0, use_sander=1,
netcdf=0, strip_mdcrd=0
/
&gb
igb=2
 /
&decomp
idecomp=1, print_res="1-2",dec_verbose=2
 /

I did try to remove dec_verbose from the mdin files and rerun it with
-use-mdins flag, the same problem occurred .

Could it be the problem of bug fixes patched by the Amber 11 I used? I do
not have the source code of AMBER and am using the one on the cluster. It
is labeled as amber/11.0.17. I think it was updated quite a while ago.

Thank you for your suggestions!

Qiong
