[AMBER] pmemd.cuda for JAC benchmark

Hi,

When I tried to run JAC benchmark using pmemd.cuda, I got an error. It says
vlimit is not implemented and the default value is -1.0.

Originally, the vlimit was 10.0 inside mdin file of JAC. I changed this
value to -1.0. Then it worked fine.

I am just wondering, is this error is expected and vlimit is not
implemented on pmemd.cuda?
