I believe this is because the cutres option has been removed from the PBSA code in AmberTools 1.5 but still remains in Amber 11 test cases. So this is the error you can ignore. The problem has been reported and answered before. If you search the Amber mailing list, you'll find Jason's reply here: http://archive.ambermd.org/201107/0510.html
