Dear all.
A while ago I installed AmberTools 1.5 smoothly and all tests passed (as
far as I remember).
Today I have been trying to install Amber11 and both serial and parallel
compilation went OK, but when I try to execute the tests (in $AMBERHOME/test/)
with the command "make -f Makefile", I get the following error
(between hashes lines):
#######################################################
(find . -name '*.dif' -o -name 'profile_mpi' | \
while read dif ;\
do \
rm -f $dif ;\
done ;\
)
rm -f TEST_FAILURES.diff
./test_amber_serial.sh
make: execvp: ./test_amber_serial.sh: Permission denied
make: *** [test] Error 127
#######################################################
Any idea on what I did wrong would be really appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Best,
