Hi Ben,
Thanks for your reply. I figured that out. Previously i was trying to
install in /opt/ and later i tried to install AMBER11. During that process,
i defined two paths for $AMBERHOME.in ~/.bashrc file, that was causing
problem.. Now I have solved the issue. Thanks for your reply.
