I am trying to install amber11 in my ubuntu operating system for which I am
following given instruction..

have installed all preliminary requirements and then i untarred
ambertool1.5. Next I set the amberhome path. Now I am trying to patch the
bugfix (Step 3). I downloaded latest bugfix (
http://ambermd.org/bugfixesat.html).
But I am not able to apply the bugfix using this command.*
patch -p0 < bugfix.all
it asks for the File to patch:
I also tried patch -p0 -N < bugfix.all but still same problem.
Please suggest me how to get rid of this error.
