I tried to measure the distance using ptraj of amber 8 and amber 11 using
the command: distance dist_73-84_139-150 :73.CA-84.CA :139.CA-150.CA out
distance.dat and I got output file with the measured distance by ptraj
of amber 8 but in case of ptraj 11 I got output file with all distances
equal zero.
I tried another command for measuring the same distances in Amber 11
: distance
dist_73-84_139-150 :73-84.CA :139-150.CA out distance.dat and for this
command I got out put file with the measured distance (not equal zero) but
in case of comparing the values of the same distance measurements for amber
8 and amber 11 I found that it's not the same.
