Hi all,
A patch for MTK++ and MCPB has been released, and is available on the Amber web site as bugfix.25. It fixes a grab-bag of problems in both installation and use. Users of MTK++ are advised to download and apply this patch, along with any previous AmberTools 1.5 patches they have not yet applied, and recompile AmberTools. If you run into any problems with MTK++ during or after patching, please feel free to send your queries to the Amber mailing list.
