you don't actually define the forcefield when running sander. Rather, you
give as input a parameter file that has the forcefield parameters for your
particular system. To build that particular system you specify a
forcefield along with the coordinates of your system, all of which is done
using the application leap, either tleap for text based, or xleap to
include a graphical user interface.
