Thanks for the report. The expectation is that people will use the yacc
supplied by AmberTools to compile nabgrm.y (i.e. use the default $(YACC) that
configure makes.) So you may be the only person in a long while to try bison.
[Aside: the comment about bison in config.h is really old, dating back to the
days when SunOS was the platform "most" people used, yacc was the most
common parser generator, and bison was some new-fangled GNU/Linux thing.]
I'll ask Tom Macke to look at this; of course, if you understand what to
change, please let us know.
