[AMBER] Visualization of Cluster analysis results

Dear amber team,

I tried to do cluster analysis with ptraj. And I want to know whether there is some method to extract a list of each group.

In the tutorial, MMTSB toolset provides such result, http://ambermd.org/tutorials/basic/tutorial3/section6.htm.

And, how to visualize the cluster results?
