Hi all,
When I run ptraj on several mdcrd files, I get the could not predict frames error (calculating Ca RMSD) for some. When the error occurs it sometime causes the glibc detected error or else it just dies before processing the 'could not predict frames' trajectory. Any ideas what could be causing this error?
