I can confirm that this line works properly with tleap. it's part of my lab
tutorials and dozens of people have used it.


 x = sequence {NASN LEU TYR ILE GLN TRP LEU LYS ASP GLY GLY PRO SER
SER GLY ARG PRO PRO PRO CSER}
