Dear everyone
I'm sorry for not informing you about PC and compiler information;
what version of amber
you are running, what configure options you used
We use mac os 10.5.8. Compiler is GCC45 installed from Macports.
./configure -macAccelerate gnu
Now we try to install amber11 and AmberTool1.5.
I would appreciate it if you could give me your coments.
