I am trying to install ambertools.1.5 (Debian GNU-Linux amd64 wheezy,
gcc 4.6.1; gfortran 4.6.1 ) in a separate folder, to be followed by
installation of ambertools.1.2/amber.10.
./configure gnu
ended without errors, with flex, zlib libbz2 fftw-3.2.2 fftw-2.1.5
MTK++-0.2.0, while
make install
ended with warnings and (apparently fatal, as 'which antechamber'
does not answer) errors about which I can only trace correspondence in
Japanese (which I can't read) on the web:
