First of all, I am sorry if it is not the right place to post of question.
I am looking for a certain types of proteins interact with the ligand via non covalent interaction.
Is there any software/website can be used used for this job?
The search should be base on the distance between the ligand atom type and the protein.
I used isostar software, and looking for another one.
