Is there any restriction for bin size ?
initialt ,in the ptraj in put i gave spacing at 0.1, it gives different
minimum vale for the rdf than the spacing 0.2 ,
why this difference come ??
Is there any definite vale for spacing in the radial command line in
ptraj ??
