Looks pretty bad...you should study the log file to see what is going on.
"errors" are generally more severe faults than file comparison failures.

No.

You need to look at the files listed above to try to find common threads.
If they involve sqm(?) then the advice I gave earlier was bad.

It looks like(?) the version of gcc/gfortran shipped with Fedora 15 is
quite recent, and I'm not sure if anyone ever tested it with AmberTools.
Maybe someone on the list has a similar installation, and can report success
or failure.
