Hi,
I would not use the wildcard option specifying g1tetra_prod_mdx* and simply
just specify the second trajectory and put startframe= 1000, endframe= 3000
or just simply make one big trajectory of both simulations and put
startframe=6000, endframe=8000 so that should work fine. With the way you
tried to run MMPBSA.py it simply wrote:
g1tetra_prod_mdx1 6000 8000 1
g1tetra_prod_mdx2 6000 8000 1
hence is the reason for the error
*WARNING in ptrajSetupIO(): trajectory start is > stop; no
configurations will be processed*
