dear Amber users
reading the source code in Ambertools/src/ptraj/analyze.c I have seen that
there would be the possibility to analyze "crankshaft transition" in a MD
trajectory
but I was not able to fully understand the comments in the code intended to
explain how to do it, nor I have found help in the Ambertools manual...
Is there anybody here who could give a suggestion?
